The session was held Nov 23-24 in the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Paris. The project of the Forum was initiated by RSUH with the support of the Rectors’ Union of Russia and the Conference of University Presidents of France. Congratulatory letters were received from Mr. Orlov, the Russian Ambassador in France, Dr. Sadovnichy, Rector of Moscow State University and Dr. Chubaryan, Co-chair of Academic Educational Association of Knowledge in Humanities. Mr. Prostakov, the Trade Commissioner of the Russian Federation in France, addressed the Forum in person.
The French delegation was headed by the President and two Vice-presidents of the Conference of University Presidents of France.
The Russian delegation was headed by Dr. Pivovar. The steering committee was comprised of Dr. Bibikov, Rector of the State Academic University in Humanities, Dr. Krasavchenko, Rector of the International Moscow University, Dr. Zinchenko, Dean of Department of Psychology of Moscow State University, Dr. Bak, Vice-rector of RSUH. Dr. Shpynov, Director of Russian House of Science and Culture, took part in the proceedings.
