The event took place Dec 11, with foreign students of Russian from the Center of Russian as a Foreign Language participating. The speakers agreed that such participation was one of communicative forms of learning Russian, an excellent way to perfect one’s linguistic skills and further one’s knowledge of literature, stylistic speech levels, culture and events taking place in and outside of Russia. A report or speech at the conference for a foreign student is equal to the course paper, the fact, which, without a doubt, will motivate the student the whole semester.
