The finals took place October 4, attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science, Moscow Dept of Education, and Federal Institute of Educational Development. Dr. Pivovar was among those addressing the audience.
The winners of the Competition were Dr. Garifzyanov (biology and chemistry, high school of the Krasnaya Niva town), Dr. Sluch (math, high school 1060, Moscow). The award was presented by President Medvedev.
