16 RSUH students were taught the art of debating at the Logos center of creative communication in Budva (Montenegro).
16 RSUH students were taught the art of debating at the Logos center of creative communication in Budva (Montenegro). The Russian organizers were Dr. Petrova (chair of the Department of English) and Vozrozhdenie Center.
After a two-week period of training sessions 11 students were chosen to participate in Budva Open-2010 debate tournament at which they met teams from various Eastern European countries. Playing in the format “Karl Popper”, our team made it to the finals and came third. The team was represented by: Ms Egorova (Management), Ms Yushina (Center of Additional Education), Mr. Mamsurov (Management).
In the rating table of the World School format our graduate student Ms Serbina was rated 5th.
