The conference took place October 21-23, dedicated to the memory of Dr. Belaya, the first Director of the Institute of History and Philology of RSUH.
The conference opened with a speech by Dr. Pivovar, Dr. Bak and Dr. Shkarenkov. Specialists from all over the country as well as from the US, Canada, Poland and Germany attended the event. The sections held were, among others,:
