The Grant was created by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2009 for the university students that have excelled in literature activity and journalism.
The short list included 17 candidates that yielded 10 winners.
Dr. Pivovar congratulated the winners and presented them with diplomas, personalized albums and one-volume editions of GULAG Archipelago.
