The event took place 15 February in the Academic Council Room with officials from RSUH, the German Embassy, the University of Freiburg, and DAAD participating.
The joint program provides its graduates with double diplomas. One of the requirements for the participants is to study at the partner university for 1 semester, taking upper-division courses in philology, comparative studies and Germanic studies.
Dr. Pivovar (Rector of RSUH), Ulrich Brandenburg (the Ambassador of Germany), Dr. Rüland (DAAD Secretary General), Dr. Schiewer (Rector of Freiburg University), Dr. Bak (vice-rector of RSUH), Dr. Shkarenkov (Director of Institute for History and Philology of RSUH), Dr. Kemper (Director of Germanistik Department of Institute for History and Philology of RSUH) and other took part in the graduation ceremony.
