Dr. Pivovar in his speech acknowledged the progress the Society had made in the past 5 years.
Currently the Society comprises 21 sections and associations with over 6,000 members in 53 branches, 21 representative offices in several subjects of the Russian Federation and 19 federal offices.
The administrators of the Society all effect their duties on a volunteer basis.
