The Plenary Session took place March 30, moderated by Dr. Shaburov.
The first presentation was made by Dr. Bremer (Munster University) who talked about a decrease in numbers belonging to traditional confession and an increase in the interest to the religion as a provider of “cultural services” such as baptisms, weddings and funeral services.
Dr. Pchelintsev, editor-in chief of “Religion and Law” delivered a talk on religion and the modern society.
