The goal of the event was development of the most sought-after branches of the music art – the non-commercial choirs.
The President of the Festival Boris Tarakanov said that the mail principle of the event is to judge the choirs not according to their mistakes but according to their highest achievements.
The Chairman of the Assessment Committee, maestro Fabio d’Orazio called the event “the festival of cultural connections”.
