During the course of the interview the Rector acknowledged the importance of the First Congress of Teachers of History which he had been instrumental in convoking. Dr. Pivovar went on to add that that any nation begins at school where of paramount importance is the figure of teacher, not the standards however well-prepared they are. And in this light one of the most prominent are the figures of sociology and history teachers whose opinion should be considered by the state when making educational decisions.
