The signing took place on August 30, supervised by Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region Vladimir Kuimov.
"We have drafted a cooperation agreement. This document opens up new opportunities for the implementation of joint projects at the Novikova Institute in the field of research, educational technologies, cultural and educational initiatives," said Acting Rector Loginov.
The project will develop methods, organize programs and conduct research aimed at educating young people based on traditional, spiritual, moral, cultural and historical values.
The Rector of the Novikova Institute emphasized the high importance of cooperation between the universities: “I thank your entire team for the opportunity to create friendship. I know that additional education organizations are in need of teachers. The teachers armed only with methodological knowledge – that is not enough. And, of course, specific academic programs should be developed for teachers and for those who conduct programs for advanced educational training.”
