RSUH won in several nominations at the 10th All-Russian competition "University Book - 2024".
From February 1 to June 28, 2024, the 10th All-Russian competition "University Book - 2024" was held at UrFU. Its aim is supporting and encouraging publishing projects of universities to fulfill the third generation Federal State Educational Standard.
This year, 532 books were submitted, of which 357 (approx. 70%) were from university publishers. 99 publishers and author groups competed in 17 nominations for a chance to win one of 127 awards. The competition was held in 37 cities of Russia, including the cities of the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, the European part of Russia, and the Republic of Belarus.
RSUH Publishing House won in 4 nominations:
— Best encyclopedic publication: William Shakespeare in 2 volumes /ed. by Shaitanov. 2022;
— Best academic publication in philology: Katsis, Political biography of Osip Mandelshtam in 2 books. 2023;
— Best academic publication in historical sciences: Pavlenko, Pan-Slavism: 1830-1860s. 2023;
— Best educational publication in economics and management: Personnel management in the 21st century. Arkhipova et al. 2023.
