Students of the Faculty of Law visited the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. This event is an obligatory part of the professional formation of students studying the working practice of federal government bodies.
The students learned the nuances of organizing the work of the Council, supplemented their knowledge with information about the history of Russian parliamentarism, the composition and structure of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The famous hall with the flags of all subjects of the Russian Federation made a special impression. Then the students visited the portrait gallery of the Federation Council, learned about the work of the press service and its own television channel.
Students learned about the functions and significance of the Federation Council, in which senators not only represent the interests of the regions at the federal level, but can also resolve many issues faster by concluding agreements between the subjects.
