Lithuania was represented by Mr. Eitvydas Bayarunas, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to the Russian Federation, and Ms. Virginia Umrasiene, Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania.
RSUH was represented by Dr. Vera Zabotkina, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Dr.Olga Trofimova, Head of the International Office and Dr. Lyudmila Batova, Head of RSUH Library.
