The Faculty of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of the Institute of Linguistics of RSUH was established in 1992.
The structure of the Faculty includes Dean’s Office, the Department of Classical Languages, the Department of European Languages and the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics.
The educational and academic tasks of the departments lie in educating students in the field of theoretical and applied linguistics, including foreign and Russian language studies. Instrumental research methods, computer and corpus linguistics, socio-, ethno- and psycholinguistics, as well as other main area of modern language studies are represented in the courses taught by our faculty.
