In addition to practical foreign language courses, some disciplines are taught in a foreign language. A part of a number of majors consists of in-depth two language training.

No, the presence of parents is optional, all the documents are accepted from the applicants themselves. However, the presence of parents is necessary when signing the tuition agreement, if the applicant is a minor.
Yes, they can. Citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan have the right to compete for state-financed (tuition-free) spots on the same basis as citizens of the Russian Federation. In addition, compatriots living abroad permanently have this right also.
To confirm the compatriot status, the applicant must submit the documents (birth certificate, passport) proving that his/her ancestors (parents, grandparents) are/were citizens of the Russian Federation, or were born in the Russian Federation or the USSR.
To prove residence abroad, it is sufficient to have a foreign travel passport or documents confirming temporary residence on the territory of the Russian Federation.Those with refugee status or the residence permit cannot be considered as living abroad, and this right does not apply to them.
Foreign citizens have the right to take entrance tests instead of the USE (regardless of any previous USE results).

Yes, there is. To do this, you must contact the Dean’s office of the faculty to which you want to transfer. The conditions and procedure for the transfer are determined by a special document, see the Procedure for the transfer, expulsion and re-admission of students. Request the information about the possibility of transfer from the Dean’s office in advance.
Yes, it is possible, if the student is involved in one of the international programs of RSUH. Students can do internships at foreign universities or organizations. In addition, there are international studies program and internships available through the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
Accommodation is provided on a mandatory basis for the students studying as part of the quota set by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. International students have the right to get accommodation in RSUH dorm, located at Kirovogradskaya Str., Bld. 25, korpus 1 (metro station “Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya”).
Rooms in the dorm are allocated depending on the results of the USE/entrance examinations in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for allocating places in the student dormitory of RSUH in the 2020-2021 academic year.
