NAI DISHA came to Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Wardha

RSUH students and teacher visited the MGAHV or Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya or Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University was established to fulfil a dream of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation. We stayed there during 5 days. We visited School of languages, Department of Hindi and Comparative Literature, School of Culture, School of Translation & Interpretation, Department of Drama & Film Study.
We also met with prof. Rajendra Prasad Mishra, Registrar; prof. Vijay Kumar Kaol, Centre For Technology, Computational Linguistics Department; prof. Arvind Kumar Jha, School of Education; prof. Suresh Sharma, Head of Preforming Arts, Film and Drama School; prof. Lela Karunyakara, Department of translation and interpretation; prof. Krishna Kumar Singh, Department of literature.
The main responsibilities of MGAHV is to establish international reputation of Hindi as a world language. The university is constantly striving to work upon as a central and coordinating agencies for the development of Hindi as a world language.
RSUH students presented the नई दिशा त्रैमानसिक पत्रिका to Professor Girishwar Mishra, VC. This journal also highlights the cultural events organized by the Embassy of India and other cultural organizations in different cities of Russia. There are many publications of the Russian and Indian writers’ poetry and short stories.
“Russian-Indian Friendship Society “DISHA” is nonprofit organization in Russia, Moscow, which is aimed at establishment of partnership and cultural relations among it`s members and people of Russia and India. Dr.Rameshwar Singh is president of “DISHA”.
