RSUH students and teachers were co-organizers of the Online International Round Table “NORTH-EAST INDIA: migration in the age of pandemization and digitalization”.

RSUH students and teachers were co-organizers of the Online International Round Table “NORTH-EAST INDIA: migration in the age of pandemization and digitalization”.
The plenary session was be opened by lecture of Prof. Joydeep Baruah, Director Surya Kumar Bhuyan, School of Social Sciences, Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, Assam, India.

The following topics were discussed at the Section 1:
Assam as a center for the development of the infrastructure of the NER, Institutions of cultural and political identity among migrants and ethnic groups of northeastern India, Interaction of languages: internal and external migrations, Legislative framework and immigrants, Terrorism and separatism in the states of the NER, An outside perspective: emigration from other countries in the NER, Migration flows.

4. Petrova Yulia, 3rd year BA student of the Faculty of International Relations of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. Topic of the report: “India's International Obligations and Migration in Northeast India”.
