March 19, 2021 is one of the important and significant days for poetry world. The day marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sachchidananda Hirananda Vatsyayan (Agyey). He was a pioneer of the Prayogavaad (experimentalism) movement in modern Hindi literature. He wrote a lot of beautiful poems that were translated into different languages of the world. Professor Alexander Senkevich, Soviet and Russian indologist, philologist, poet, writer and translator of Agyey's works will be the guest of honor. Russian and CIS countries teachers will make reports on the life and work of this Indian writer. Students of Russian universities, CIS countries universities and students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, (Embassy of India School) will recite Agyey’s poems in Russian and Hindi.
