The management of RSUH met with participants of the World Youth Festival

On March 19, a meeting was held between Rector Bezborodov, and Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Social Work Bolkvadze with students who took part in the World Youth Festival, held from March 1 to March 7, 2024 on the federal territory «Sirius».

The Festival is a large-scale event that was held by decree of the President Putin. The purpose of the event is to build a constructive dialogue and search for mutual understanding, regardless of nationalities, political views, or cultural characteristics.

The group of students who were selected to participate in the World Youth Festival from RSUH included:

• Egor Yakin, 3rd year,
• Arseniy Kitaev, 3rd year,
• Elizaveta Stogny, 2nd year,
• Svetlana Stikhareva, 2nd year,
• Anastasia Nekrylova, 4th year,
• Elena Ershova, 3rd year,
• Regina Rukhlova, 2nd year,
• Ekaterina Fomina, 3rd year.

Alexander Bezborodov and Irakli Bolkvadze expressed gratitude to the students for their active participation in the festival. Theyemphasized the importance of such events for the university as a whole and noted that the participation of students in international events helps the University build an image and strengthen its reputation, as well as attract more international students.
