On March 20, 2024, Career Day was held at RSUH. Students and graduates of RSUH received a unique opportunity to communicate personally with HR managers of well-known companies, received career advice, filled out employer questionnaires, compiled resumes, presented their portfolios and learned about internships.
Representatives of 19 employing companies came to meet with students, including: Ekor group of companies, Metrica digital agency, Get Experts recruiting agency, New Teacher charity foundation, ITMS Russia, Metropol Hotel, Petrovsky Travel Palace, Federal Tax Service, Interregional Accounting Department of the Federal Treasury, Go Ahead group of companies, Pobeda airline, Cofemania restaurant chain, LLC "Inventor", IT integrator "Norbit" ", "Unit-Consulting", "Ozon", Calzedonia group, Glavstroy group, Rosselkhozbank, Gokhran of Russia and others.
The representative of the Cofemania company spoke about what one should pay attention to when choosing an employer, how to understand what profession you like, and how to correctly read vacancies on job search sites.
The Get experts company presented a master class “Recruitment as Consulting”, where students learned how in-house selection differs from consulting, and what the work of a recruiter in an agency looks like.
The ITMS company expert conducted a master class on the topic “Career start in ITMS Russia: how to pass an interview using the STAR method”.
The Unit-Consulting team spoke about the rules for successful self-presentation when applying for a job. Pobeda Airlines specialists made a presentation of the company, talked about the work of a flight attendant and the advantages of working for their company.
